The space
The apartment has a bright living room with a comfortable sofa with a sleeping function, flat TV, and cable. The kitchen is completely functional with a stove, a fridge, a hot water kettle, and a coffee machine plus all needed cutlery. The bed is located in the inner part of the apartment with a new mattress ideal size for two adults. Modern new bathroom decorated with a stylish urban feel.

Also, you can always take a taxi оr a shuttle (around 2-5euro). Many restaurants can deliver you a tasty breakfast in the morning or hot soup for lunch. The part of the city is quiet and calm, not crowded, and ideal for having а fulfilling rest.
In addition, many mineral water pools are found in the close village of Banya (9,2km/5.6 miles). Mineral water is known for its therapeutic qualities and it's a great way to relax after a long day of skiing/snowboarding.

Auch wenn es vielleicht keine typische Sommer-Unterkunft ist, habe ich mich auch bei weit über 30 Grad sehr wohlgefühlt. Klar, ohne Klimaanlage kann es für empfindliche Gemüter in der Wohnung vielleicht etwas warm werden, aber mich hat das überhaupt nicht gestört. Ich war rundum zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die wunderschöne Landschaft und das malerische Städtchen Bansko machen den Aufenthalt natürlich noch schöner. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die umliegenden Gebirge. Ich kann die Wohnung daher uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Минусы: 1. входная дверь открывается со сложностями 2. Унитаз смывает плохо, иногда приходилось нажимать по 5 и более раз. Это при том, что бумагу кидали в мусорник. 3. Ершик для унитаза сломан и по длине непригоден для уборки. 4. Не было раскладной сушилки для полотенец. Но хозяин принес на следующий день. Иначе где сушить полотенца, когда ты живешь 6 ночей. 5. 2 рулона туалетной бумаги на 3 человек на 6 ночей. Должно быть больше! 6. Подушки и одеяла почти все с утиными перьями. Это ужасно!! Перья вылезают и колят тебя всю ночь! А еще могут стать проблемой для аллергиков. 7. Двери балконные, только одна из них открывается на проветривание. Другая сломаны петли видимо и ее можно открыть только полностью. 8. Диван раскладной, но спать нормально только на одной половинке, шириной 60-70 см. Другая слегка проваливается. 9. Очень тонкие стены. Слышно все звуки из соседних квартир. 10. Нужно заменить сковородки , они очень старые. 11. Ножи тупые. Заточить или заменить. 12 Вида нет

We had a wonderful stay, it truly felt like a home away from home. The place was clean, warm and easy accessible. It’s close enough to the main town and gondola, makes it prefect for snow trip.

Biz beğendik ve memnun ayrıldık, temiz bir evdi, mutfakta az ama gerekli tüm eşyalar vardı, temizlik malzemeleri her şey düşünülmüştü ve yeterliydi. Ev sıcaktı, sadece yerler cok soguk yanınıza terlik almanızı öneririm, ev sessiz sakin bir yerde ama arabayla da merkeze cok yakın. Tek beğenmediğimiz şey interneti oldu, neredeyse yok gibiydi çok yavastı ve girmiyordu. Biz mutlu ayrıldık. Bansko’yq gelirsem yine tercih ederim. Ev sahibi iletişimde cok iyiydi, kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz .

Oda gayet temizdi, Gondol'a da araçla 5-6 dk lık mesafede idi. Araba park sorunu yoktu. Çamaşır makinesini çalıştıramadık, hızlı ve yapıcı dönüş oldu. Yapabileceğim iki eleştiriden biri tencere veya tava olmamasıydı. Mutfak olan bir evde böyle bir beklenti oluyor. Özellikle küçük çocuklarla yolculuk eden aileler için bence bu önemli. Bir diğer sorunda yastık ve yorganları kuş tüyü olmasıydı. Çocukların ve benim alerjim olduğu için sorun yaşadık, arabamız da küçük yastıklarımız olmasa sorun yaşardık. Bu yastıkların alternatifi mutlaka odada olamalı. Ama genel olarak tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir konaklama oldu.

We spent a few days at Alex’s flat. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of frying pans, pots, plates, cups, cutlery and other essentials. There was also salt, sugar and coffee, and we even found a USB charger — very handy if someone forgets to bring their own! The bedroom had a fairly firm mattress and feather pillows. Extra pillows and blankets were available in the wardrobe, which would be useful in winter or for additional guests. The apartment was quiet, cosy and east-facing, so we woke up to the morning sun, while later in the day it stayed pleasantly shaded. The terrace was spacious, although there was no mountain view — it overlooked the roof of another building. This didn’t bother us, as we spent most of our time outside enjoying the beautiful nature. The center is 20-30 min walking,or 5 min. driving. Overall, we had a wonderful stay with no problems at all. Thank you, Alex and your team!
