The space
Newly built building on the outskirts of the city center. It has 6 apartments designed with attention to detail and entirely for short-term rental.
The good insulation of the building and central underfloor heating will guarantee your comfort, and during the summer months I note this as air-conditioned rooms, because cold water circulates on the floor and keeps the building cool even on the hottest days.
You can ask additionally about an available apartment for larger groups.
It has a yard where we can accommodate your cars.
The building is located on a relatively main street for easy access, at the same time 5 minutes from the large square, 2-3 minutes from a large supermarket.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was new, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. It was very well equipped with everything you might need, incl. cooking and had plenty of space for a family of four. Everything felt brand new and the place was spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains is stunning and really adds to the experience. The heating worked perfectly, making the space warm and very comfortable. The neighborhood is calm and pleasant, and it’s within walking distance of the old town and the gondola. However, walking with ski equipment can be a bit challenging.We preferred driving to the parking area in front of the gondola, which was very convenient, only a few minutes away. The hosts were very kind &always available whenever we needed something. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to have a separate shower area e.g with a glass door. Other than that, everything was excellent. We were very satisfied, had a great time, and would happily choose it again.

Overall great stay, everywhere you would want to visit is a 10-15 min walking distance and taxi services are pretty quick to get to the location. Great view of the mountains and convenient for your trip to bansko!

Fantastic apartment, better than any 4* or 5* hotel in Bansko. Close to everything on foot, old city, gondola, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Very very clean and everything new and beautifuly furnished. Private secure parking inside, the building and apartment smell so good everywhere in every corner. Can’t recommand enough !!! If you’re looking for a perfect stay in Bansko, don’t look anywhere else just book it, you won’t regret. The hosts were there in any time responsive and also texted us frequently if we needed anything.

Great place to stay, very close to the old town center and all taverns. Communication was super easy with the host and check in was smooth. The place is brand new and very clean. We would definitely come again!

The place is good. One thing I didn’t liked was that there was no ironing board. The bed was not the most comfortable as well, but overall a good apartment for a weekend getaway. Clean and peaceful, top location and convenient parking.
